CHILOE RESTAURANT TEAMS UP WITH VIE MARKETING ON AWARENESS CAMPAIGN

(PRLEAP.COM) HACKENSACK, NJ (April, 2005) – On March 31, 2006, Chiloe Restaurant, a North Bergen, New Jersey-based restaurant of fine Chilean cuisine, teamed up with Vie Marketing, a Hackensack-based creative and marketing agency, to launch an awareness campaign. “We are pleased to know we won them as a client,” says Carolyn Ourfalian, V.P. of Public Relations for Vie Marketing. “The food is terrific, as well as the service and ambiance, all we need to do is tell people about it” she adds.

“We needed to bring someone from the outside to tell us how to reach the right audience,” said Fernando Lopez, Owner and General Manager for Chiloe Restaurant. “Large agencies wouldn’t even talk to us, but the people at Vie Marketing took their time and came up with some great ideas for us.” “So far, we’ve done great.”

The marketing campaign, which includes ads in local newspaper, a rewards program for loyal customers, birthday promotions, gift certificates and outdoor advertisings, including new signage and a company website (www.chiloerestaurant.com), has already started to worked. “We have collected more than 500 names in a very short period of time” Fernando explains, “Having access to easily communicate with our clients has made a tremendous difference in our business.” Carolyn Ourfalian explains that the campaign will not stop there. New ads are being printed in local newspapers and magazines, promoting upcoming events such as Mother’s Day, and a Chilean Film Cycle featuring four Chilean Movies; “Machuca” directed by Andres Wood, “Mala Leche” directed by Leon Errazuriz, “Sexo Con Amor” directed by “Boris Quercia” and “Los Debutantes” directed by Andrés Waissbluth. “The idea is to offer a little more than the Chilean cuisine. We are inviting our clients to come for a dinner and a movie,” Fernando explains. The Chilean Film cycle will commence on 4/25/06.
