Control Solutions Announces Kathy Komenda Joins the Firms IIA QAR Team

(PRLEAP.COM) Control Solutions International, a recognized leader of outsourced and co-sourced internal audit solutions, has announced Kathy Komenda has been accredited by The Institute of Internal Auditors as an Internal Quality Assessment/Validation auditor. Ms. Komenda, a Manager for Control Solutions’ Internal Audit Services, will now be one of the firm’s team members dedicated to assisting clients comply with Standard 1300 of the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing (Standards). She will conduct Quality Assessments of the internal audit departments of the company’s clients.


Ms. Komenda joined Control Solutions with over 18 years of professional experience in consistently advancing positions. Included in this experience is six years of staff management, four years of internal audit, and three years in corporate sales finance, income tax preparation, internal audit, Quality Assessment Reviews and Sarbanes-Oxley consulting. Most recently, Ms. Komenda’s work has focused on Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and process and control review for a variety of companies in assorted industries. She received her MBA from Dominican University.
