Established in 1996 during the Web's infancy, the Webbys are presented by The International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences, a 550-member body of leading Web experts, business figures, luminaries, visionaries and creative celebrities. The Turner/MoMA campaign used rich media, flash and video, to bring a museum exhibition experience to patrons in an online environment (http://www.momaonline.org/). Featuring innovative navigation and viewing tools, the experience allows viewers to interact with the content based on their own preferences. The video experience was not only fast loading, but also of superior quality to support both the Turner and MoMA brands. The IAC Awards are produced by the Web Marketing Association to honor excellence in online advertising, recognize the individuals and organizations responsible, and showcase the award winning Internet advertising.
