Engine Group acquire stake in Eyefall

Eyefall have already worked well with the Engine group on campaigns for BMW and 118 118. The agency takes a holistic approach to search and specialises in analysing historical web statistics in order to calculate the true value of acquisition for different target customer segments. The data is also used to structure strategies for building web traffic and return on investment via search engine optimisation (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.

Dave King, co-founder of Eyefall, is a law graduate and is one of the best-known internet specialists in the entertainment industry. His experience includes establishing Hypnosis Media, a music-industry internet specialist, before selling the company in 2000. Subsequent work has incorporated brand, marketing and business development consultancy with companies such as BMG, Warner, EMI and O2, before setting up Eyefall with ex-Hypnosis member Scott Muir.

Scott Muir has worked in the worked in the digital media industry for over 10 years, initially with ICL plc, before heading up the new business development (agency side) at Nexus and Traffic. Before co-founding Eyefall with Dave, Scott oversaw account management at Hypnosis Media and subsequently ran the company following the sale in 2000.
