Joe Deacon, creator of the site, came across the script that was used by Alex Tew, the student that discovered
that people could sell pixel space on the Internet. Joe ignored the million dollar script and focused on a
business directory ‘yellow pages.’

Then, a few days later after trying to set up the php script, Joe caught sight of his success on the news. It didn’t
take him long to ditch the current idea and go purchase the milliondollar script.

Instead of doing what everyone else is trying to do, Deacon has admittedly piggybacked off the original idea but
in an effort to be different expanded the idea to cover the whole of the United Kingdom. "I have created
separate pages that are accessed county by county," said Joe. "This means that not only businesses, but
clubs and other organisations that have websites are able to post their logos in their own county or in any other
county. The idea also allows visitors to different regions or counties in the United Kingdom to logon to the
Internet and search a single page visually to see what is on offer in that region/county."

For example somebody moving house or a businessperson newly arrived in that area can view the logos to
URLs that provide services and also provide instant access to all sorts of local information.

The cost is 1c per pixel and the logos are larger once submitted allowing them to be viewed more easily.
