“Friends of Wisconsin DECA” Awarded to Wayne Harris

April 26, 2005 -- Wayne Harris, senior vice president and partner of Glowac+Harris+Madison, a full-service advertising, marketing and public relations agency was the recent recipient of the “Friends of Wisconsin DECA” award. This award recognizes those who provide exemplary service to the members of Wisconsin DECA including long-term service in a variety of settings and activities.

Over the past 10 years, Harris has served as a training sponsor, helped write competitive events, served as judge at all levels, was a guest speaker at local and state events, prepared students for competition and shared his time and expertise at numerous DECA and Marketing Education activities. Recently he helped launch the Partnership for Progress Board of Directors, serving as Board Treasurer.

The “Friends of Wisconsin DECA” is awarded annually based on nominations received by the Board of Directors.
