Geodis UK has launched a new range of product packages specifically tailored for the UK business community. A product development team was created to evaluate the real business needs of the modern business, their task being to identify and define these needs relevant to the services Geodis UK and the Geodis Group worldwide can deliver effectively and cost efficiently. Listening to the customer and reading the market from a customer’s perspective drove the product specification for these new packages. Market research revealed a need for a simplified product offering, stability, scalability and a customer-supplier relationship based on mutual understanding and benefit.
