On the other hand, we noticed that visitors often choose not to click the play button when it's left to their discretion, as they have no incentive to do so. In either case, the crucial sales message is lost. In response, we coded a new feature called TicklePlay™, which can play one or more short clips of audio designed to entice a user to click the play button and listen to the full message, but without pushing their tolerance to the limit and forcing them to escape the page. These 'tickles' can be configured to play when the page loads and at pre-set intervals to match the site's content."
