HotelShark.com Honors San Diego Hotel, Adds Lugano

(PRLEAP.COM) The Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego has received the Fin Award for Service Quality from HotelShark.com. The hotel becomes only the second in San Diego County to receive a fin from HotelShark.com.

A recent guest of the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego told HotelShark.com that he "could have stood at the window all day and just taken in the view." The guest praised the "wonderful" staff and "well appointed" guestrooms of what he called a "flawless" property.

The other San Diego property that holds a fin from HotelShark.com is the Inn at Rancho Santa Fe, located in the North County region of the San Diego area.

Separately, HotelShark.com added a section covering hotels located in Lugano, Switzerland. A city of Italian culture, Lugano is located in the Swiss canton of Ticino. The first property covered in the new Lugano section is the Holiday Inn Lugano Centre.

A city, state, or country is added to HotelShark.com when necessary to accommodate a new review. A review is published only after a contribution from a traveler has been researched and authenticated. HotelShark.com awards fins to hotels that are reviewed, on the whole, positively by guests on www.hotelshark.com.
