Internet Marketing Firm Released Search Engine

April 7, 2005 -- Searchen Networks Inc., an Internet marketing firm based on Long Island New York, has recently released it's final version of a full featured search engine service which will enter into the extremely saturated search engine market.

The debut of Searchen Networks, accessible on the Internet at www.searchennetworks.com, offers a sophisticated interface for internet users to not only find information, but users can query images, products, news, and more via affiliations with top data sources through XML feeds bringing hundreds and thousands of different results all in one place.

This new player on the search field also provides it's own human edited directory, similar to the popular "Open Directory Project" also known as DMOZ. Categories have editors who physically approve and decline listings as they are submitted. These directory listings feed into and mingle within the results found on it's search pages. Submitting a site into the directory and therefor into the engines database is completely free, unlike many pay directory services which are available.
