MI Technologies, Inc. has announced Purchase of WI Media & Design Company

June 15, 2005 -- MI Technologies, Inc. has announced purchase of the WI Media Company (http://www.whackedinternet.com). Through WI Media, MI Technologies, Inc. hopes to expand into the Internet development and custom programming market.

"We believe this merger will dramatically increase profits and insure healthy growth in the coming years," said Eddie Phanichkul, the new Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations at MI Technologies and former head of WI Media.
The purchase price of WI Media was unspecified, but the fledging company is believed to be valued at $1.2 million.
