MPI OUTSOURCING ANNOUNCES MOVE OF ITS HEADQUARTERS TO MOUNT KISCO, NEW YORK

MOUNT KISCO, NY – MPI Outsourcing has announced its move to 116 Radio Circle, Suite 206, Mount Kisco, New York, 10549, from its previous corporate headquarters in Yorktown Heights, New York. Founded nearly a year ago by Richard E. Penn and Jeffrey A. Milberg, experienced call center executives and pioneers in off shore calling, MPI Outsourcing, with full-time employees also working throughout the United States and out of its regional offices in Manila, Philippines, specializes in providing marketing campaign, business processing (BPO) , and call center vendor management services. Through its international network of providers, the company focuses on Inbound Teleservices, Outbound Teleservices, and BPO for both business-to-business (B-to-B) and business-to-consumer (B-to-C) marketing applications.

Prior to having formed MPI Outsourcing last year, Mr. Penn and Mr. Milberg were the principals of Telemarketing Concepts, Inc., which they founded in 1986, a leader in both off shore and domestic telemarketing with contact centers in New York, North Carolina, Georgia, and the Philippines. All of MPI’s senior executives, management, and client services professionals have worked together previously at Telemarketing Concepts.

MPI’s American sales and support staff is supplemented by a regional overseas office in Manila, Philippines, where a complete team of support staff live and work full-time. The company also announced that it plans in 2006 to hire additional full-time employees in other countries where it utilizes call centers or BPO sites.
