June 9, 2005 -- Henry Stewart Conference Studies are pleased to announce the European launch of the Marketing Operations Management Symposium (www.momsymposium.com), the MRM industry event, on June 21st and 22nd at the Radisson SAS Portman in Central London, following two exceptionally well received events in New York City.

The 2nd Marketing Operations Management (MOM) Symposium was held in New York on May 9th and 10th, and along with the co-located 9th Digital Asset Management (DAM) Symposium, drew over 1,130 attendees. "We're delighted to have brought a critical mass of users, integrators, vendors and press together once again, and are pleased to report that feedback to the practical guidance delivered in our conference programme has again been very positive", said Kieron Osmotherly, Managing Director of the MOM Symposium. Alongside a comprehensive agenda filled with case study presentations and analyst insights into the opportunities of marketing automation, the event also featured a free-to- attend exhibition and vendor seminar theatre.

This format will be reproduced at the Radisson SAS Portman Hotel in Central London on June 21st and 22nd, where once more, delegates will be able to listen to over 90 leading authorities on MRM and DAM in a conference which Kieron and his team are confident will be just as compelling and thought-provoking as the first two US events. 18 best in class solution providers exhibiting and demonstrating their latest products. • A case study from Tim Baker, SVP and Manager of Marketing Operations at JPMorgan
• Marketing procurement management at National Australia Bank from Joshua Fisher

• A look at some of the lessons the MRM space needs to learn from the experience of CRM by two speakers from CIMTech, the UK Chartered Institute of Marketing Technology Group
• Chevrolet’s Trevor Isherwood will look at his company’s adoption of MRM technologies to enhance cost control and accountability
• Joost Schriever of Randstad describing the development of his company’s brand and identity portal
• A closing presentation from one of the UK’s leading authorities on marketing strategies, Professor Malcolm McDonald of Cranfield University School of Management
• And MarketingGovernance.com’s very own Frans Riemersma will present his own views on governance issues for marketers.

An expert view on the MOM Symposium:
“This event stands unique among all others: it examines the end-to-end marketing value chain, from planning and budgeting, through sourcing of marketing content and automation of creative workflows, to worldwide execution, and analysis. The MOM Symposium emphasises governance of marketing as an integrated process and how and where to apply technology to optimise marketing efficiency and effectiveness.” Michael Moon, President and CEO of GISTICS
