Control Solutions attributes its tremendous growth and success to its relentless focus in providing clients with groundbreaking solutions to SOX compliance and its technological innovations including SOXlite and SOCET. The addition of Lee Cook will strengthen Control Solution’s expansion into the Florida market.

Lee joins the firm bringing industry knowledge and relevant professional relationships to the company. His responsibilities will include recruiting professionals, managing client relationships and directing client projects requiring Control Solution’s pioneering audit and technology services.

Prior to joining Control Solutions Lee was a Director for an accounting and finance consulting group. Lee resides in St. Petersburg with his wife and daughter.
