Phase I of Luxury Condominium Development Nearly Sold-Out as Construction Begins at Valencia

May 25, 2005 -- Valencia, South Jacksonville Beach's newest upscale condominium community, continues to grow as construction of Phase I has started and Phase II becomes available for purchase. The first phase of the gated neighborhood's luxurious one, two and three bedroom condominium homes includes the construction of an elegant community clubhouse and two of the five residential buildings. Phase II will continue to expand the community with the construction of an additional Mediterranean inspired building.

"Due to increased interest and buyer demand we're planning to sell out Phase II in record time when it becomes available," said Levy.
