Private Equity Firm Invests in Dormia Mattresses

(PRLEAP.COM) Private equity firm Main Street Resources is proud to announce their investment in Dormia, Inc., a leading manufacturer, wholesaler and retailer of premium foam mattresses including latex and visco-elastic (memory) foam.

Dormia hired Connie to create a unique and inviting retail environment. Connie will work to create a layout within each store that will welcome shoppers in, while reflecting the brand’s mission of creating top quality bedding that promotes natural, comfortable and luxurious sleep.

Classic Sleep Products, Dormia’s manufacturing division, is based in Jessup, MD and supplies brand-name and private label mattresses, pillows and accessories to mattress retailers nationwide, including their company-owned stores. Classic Sleep Products has been a leader in specialty bedding for over 30 years.

Main Street Resources is a private investment firm that provides equity capital to small and middle market regional companies to fund growth, acquisitions, management buyouts, and select turnarounds.
