Quaero Appoints Industry Marketing Leader, Julie Phillips Baker, to Grow Marketing Effectiveness Practice in the Western Region

In this position, Ms. Baker will direct Quaero’s Marketing Effectiveness engagements throughout the Western part of the US for financial services, travel and leisure, publishing and pharmaceutical companies. She will also leverage her career experience in the firm’s focus on the resurgent technology sector.

Her diverse experience in marketing includes: Vice President of Marketing at Equinox Holdings in New York City; Vice President, Marketing Strategy and Operations at CNET Networks in San Francisco; Director of Marketing for the U.S. Consumer Business at Dell, Inc.; and marketing consulting work for Sicola Martin, a Young & Rubicam Global Technology Practice.

Julie has a BA in Journalism and Advertising from Indiana University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
