June 9, 2005 -- The new ad formats will allow properties with only the occasional vacancy to easily purchase a one month or three month advertisement online using a credit card. The costs of the new advertising packages are in keeping with the tradition of RentersInc.com’s industry low pricing. One month ads are only $25 and three month ads are only $65.

The new Standard Listings includes many of the features of the $20 per month Premium Listings such as photos, floor plan images, descriptions, specials, amenities and priority rankings in the search results. The popular Premium Listings, for properties with an ongoing need for advertising includes multiple communities per account, extensive traffic reporting tools and access to the innovative Leads On Demand tool which allows advertisers to make auction-style bids for higher position in the search results.
