ReplyButler - New Outlook Plug-In for Journalists

This version explicitly addresses the everyday problems of journalists.

How often do you write ‘Dear Mr. …’ and add a few sentences that are nearly the same every time? Why bother with repetitive tasks? To eliminate needless typing, ITSTH created the ReplyButler, an add-on for Microsoft Word that saves time by reducing extra steps.

Immediately after the first click on the Outlook button ‘Reply, ’ it becomes clear how convenient this tool can be. ReplyButler automatically recognizes the name, language and style of the email and prepares an answer with the same features. It is remarkable how reliable the software recognizes the name of the email sender and addresses him correctly. (Depending on the situation, the salutation includes the first or last name and a suitable greeting phrase.)

ReplyButler’s second feature is now especially valuable for everybody working for the media because the software now includes ready-made text modules for journalists. No matter whether you’re asking for general information, graphical material or confirming an appointment - ReplyButler has a ready-made text module for that.
