The Media Performance Analysis Company Announces Sarbanes-Oxley Internal Controls Documentation For Broadcast Advertising Procurement

May 12, 2005 -- The Media Performance Analysis Company now offers public companies broadcast procurement verification that documents internal controls for television and radio advertising expenditures, Lynn Crenshaw, Chief Operating Officer, announced today.

With Sarbanes-Oxley compliance efforts driving executive management to require lower tier departments, such as marketing, to certify the existence and exercise of controls, MPAC’s reporting is designed to serve as an adjunct to an audit committee’s overall documentation initiative.
