are going to receive a verification email that they have to
click on to get their ad posted. So they look for it.

When they get that email, Your welcome message and link will
be in the header for them to see and they will have to scroll
down below that to click the confirmation link.

2. They also know that when they click on that confirmation link,
they are going to get atleast one more email from you.

They may never open the second email they get from your
automated system. But if you put a good subject line in they will.

But the point is , If they receive your confirmation letter then
their email address is good, right?
