The Union Cupboard authorised the continuation and restructuring of the Central Sector Scheme ‘Ability India Programme’ till 2026, with a price range of Rs.8,800 crore for the interval from 2022-23 to 2025-26.

“Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana 4.0 (PMKVY 4.0), the Pradhan Mantri Nationwide Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (PM-NAPS), and the Jan Shikshan Sansthan (JSS) Scheme – the three key parts, at the moment are mixed below the composite Central Sector Scheme of Ability India Programme,” Union minister Ashwini Vaishnaw added.

Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana 4.0
