Singaporean sovereign wealth GIC on Tuesday purchased items in Knowledge Infrastructure Belief for Rs 933 crore by means of an open market transaction.
GIC by means of its wholly-owned subsidiary Anahera Investments Pte bought 6.06 crore items of Knowledge Infrastructure Belief (DIT) on the BSE.
Knowledge Infrastructure Belief (DIT) is a Sebi-registered Infrastructure Funding Belief (InvIT) that gives passive telecom infrastructure providers.
In accordance with the majority deal knowledge out there with the BSE, Anahera Investments Pte Ltd acquired 60,600,000 items, amounting to a 2.33 per cent of whole items in DIT.
The items have been picked at a median value of Rs 153.95 apiece, taking the transaction worth to Rs 932.94 crore.
