Jerusalem: A 58 sq. meter, three-room, first ground condominium on Ha’arba’ah Avenue in Pisgat Ze’ev was bought for NIS 1.93 million. A 53 sq. meter, two-room, second ground condominium on Hehalutz Avenue in Wager Hakerem was bought for NIS 2.84 million. A 94 sq. meter, five-room, thirteenth ground condominium with an elevator and two parking areas on Eliyahu Koren Avenue in Har Homa was bought for NIS 2.7 million. A 111 sq. meter, four-room, second ground condominium on King George Avenue within the metropolis heart was bought for NIS 4.1 million.
Tel Aviv and central area
Tel Aviv: A 33 sq. meter, three-room, first ground condominium on Jerusalem Boulevard in Jaffa was bought for NIS 1.99 million. A 74 sq. meter, 3.5-room, eighth ground condominium on Machrozet Avenue within the south of the town was bought for NIS 2.35 million. A 146 sq. meter, four-room, 18th ground condominium on Harav Nissim Avenue in Bavli Park was bought for NIS 3.86 million. A 95 sq. meter, five-room, sixth ground condominium on Haim Levanon Avenue in Ramat Aviv was bought for NIS 4.4 million.
Herzliya: A 106 sq. meter, four-room, seventeenth ground condominium on Bar Ilan Avenue within the metropolis heart was bought for NIS 3 million. A 127 sq. meter, five-room, tenth ground condominium on Mandelblatt Avenue within the metropolis heart was bought for NIS 5.45 million. A 54 sq. meter, two-room, first ground condominium on Ben Yehuda Avenue within the metropolis heart was bought for NIS 2.07 million. A 168 sq. meter, four-room, fifth-sixth ground duplex condominium on Jabotinsky Avenue close to the Seven Stars Mall was bought for NIS 8.1 million.
Hod Hasharon: A 300 sq. meter, six-room, semi-detached home on a 303 sq. meter lot on Avraham Stein Avenue within the Hamashorarim neighborhood was bought for NIS 7 million (Actual Capital).
Beit Yehoshua: A 204 sq. meter, five-room home was Hatamar Avenue was bought in July for NIS 4.86 million.
Haifa and the north
Tirat Carmel: A 75 sq. meter, three-room, 14th ground condominium on Hashichrur Avenue within the metropolis heart was bought for NIS 1.68 million. A 119 sq. meter, five-room, 14th ground condominium on Hashichrur Avenue was bought for NIS 2.04 million. A 172 sq. meter, six-room home with a 88 sq. meter roof space and 119 sq. meter backyard on Tzedef Avenue within the west of the town was bought for NIS 3.5 million.
