Geology
The geology of the Viani Mission (SPL 1513) includes olivine basalts and volcaniclastics of the Natewa Volcanic Group that are intruded by andesite sills and dykes. Within the Nineteen Forties, gold mineralisation was discovered by native prospectors close to the village of Dakuniba. At Dakuniba, low sulphidation model epithermal gold happens in quartz veins, and silicified rocks alongside a 3km lengthy NE trending zone.

Proposed Drill program
The preliminary Section 1 drill program at Viani (see Desk 1) will comprise three diamond drillholes designed to check continuity to the epithermal gold mineralisation beforehand intersected in JICA drillhole MJVFV- 5 (2.2m @ 11.3 g/t Au) (see Determine 2).
