Horizon Minerals Restricted (ASX: HRZ) (Horizon) and Greenstone Sources Restricted (ASX: GSR) (Greenstone) discuss with the announcement on 6 June 2024 concerning the lodgement of orders of the Supreme Courtroom of Western Australia with the Australian Securities and Investments Fee approving the proposed merger between Horizon and Greenstone by the use of schemes of association below the Firms Act 2001 (Cth), whereby Horizon acquired 100% of the absolutely paid atypical shares in Greenstone (Share Scheme) and 100% of the listed Greenstone choices (Possibility Scheme, and along with the Share Scheme, the Schemes).

Scheme Consideration

- below the Possibility Scheme, 0.2868 New HRZ Choices for each 1 GSR Listed Possibility held on the Document Date.

Delisting from ASX

- Peter Bilbe has resigned as Non-Government Director of Horizon.
