Established in 1984, the In-N-Out University is located at the site of the Snyder family’s former home and features a replica of the original restaurant, alongside a company store that showcases the chain’s history. Despite this, the university remains inaccessible to the general public, focusing solely on enhancing internal talent.

The commitment to employee training has been pivotal for In-N-Out as it has expanded to over 400 locations across several states, primarily promoting managers from within the company.
